Until now, Chris Huang has written 20 screenplays
of 560 serials and one film screenplay for "The
Legend of the Sacred Stone."

Chris Huang works as both a director and film editor.
He is the CEO of PILI and is the fourth generation of his
family to be involved in cloud forest puppet theater. He was
born in a family of puppet theatre. As a member of the third
generation, after he took over the responsibility of Huang's
puppet theatre, he incessantly explores new possibilities
of puppet theatre to revive the traditional Taiwanese culture.
As chief screenplay writer of PILI puppet theatre, he enriches
the art with cultural contents. In August of 1994, brothers
Chris Huang and Vincent Huang established PILI Satellite TV
Channel broadcasting puppet theatre and Taiwanese opera. In
April of 1998, as a novice director, he began to shoot the
first puppet film for the purpose of introducing traditional
Taiwanese art to the world. In August of 1998, puppet theatre
is performed on the stage of National Theatre for the first
time.
As both a director and a screenwriter, Chris Huang is able
to write his scripts from a scenic point of view and create
that distinctive puppet theater feel that fans have grown
to love and expect. The storylines are filled with action,
plot twists and mystery. At the same time, Mr. Huang is committed
to using the most advanced movie making and production techniques
to push the envelope of puppet theater and give audiences
the most exciting cinematic experience possible.
